Client Success Director / Client Account Director

Due to our phenomenal levels of growth and new client wins we are currently recruiting for a fantastic role to join the team as Client Success Director.
ClickIQ are a multi -award winning (Including Surrey Start-up of the year) private-equity backed tech start-up and we are on a mission to disrupt the world of recruitment advertising!

In Spring 2017, we developed and launched the UK’s first Automated Talent Attraction Technology platform that manages, automates and optimises the recruitment advertising process so that recruiters can spend less time looking for applicants, and more time hiring great people.

Last year we grew at 2,500% and have over 80 blue chip enterprise clients in the UK & Internationally across large In-house corporates (including Avis, Paddy Power Betfair, Sainsbury’s, Argos, Next, Mitchells and Butler), Recruitment Advertising Agencies and Job Boards.

We have equally ambitious plans for our future expansion, including rolling out internationally, with a New York office due to open shortly.

About the role:

The Client Success Director role is highly consultative, working closely with a group of our clients at a strategic level to lead the successful development of their recruitment advertising performance and spend on ClickIQ’s platform.

You’ll have responsibility for your clients from the outset, including successfully on-boarding them on to the ClickIQ platform, managing and guiding them through the initial pilot stage and growing their spend as you gain insights into the recruitment challenges they face. Meeting regularly with your clients, you’ll share campaign performance data and insights to recommend how ClickIQ’s platform can further optimise their recruitment advertising spend.

As part of the Management Team you’ll input into the commercial and strategic development of ClickIQ to ensure we achieve sustained revenue growth.

The role works collaboratively with Business Development, Marketing and Product teams as well as supporting the development of the Client Success Managers. You’ll also be working closely with our key media partners and attending Conferences and Events to ensure that you stay at the forefront of the latest trends shaping the recruitment advertising landscape.

Experience and Skills:

We are looking for graduates with a minimum of 5 years of experience, gained either In-house within a TA team or in a senior client facing role within the Recruitment or Digital Marketing sectors.

You’ll need to be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, be a strong team player, highly collaborative and have excellent inter-personal and communication skills. It’s also important that you are comfortable with understanding data and have an affinity with technology.

Benefits we offer:

The role is based at our offices in central Godalming. We offer a range of excellent benefits including a company bonus scheme, company pension scheme and Bupa private medical cover. Other benefits including 4pm finish on Fridays, team events, 20 days’ holiday plus bank holidays and office closure between Christmas and New Year.

ClickIQ firmly believes in and develops an environment of openness, integrity, teamwork, collaboration, innovation and entrepreneurialism. We have a young, growing team that enjoy both working together and socialising together.
